We offer education and career services for students in India. These may include online guidance, answering questions through contact us forms, and/or through the comments section. Our users are students and/or enthusiasts who are keen to excel in a career in India. Though the content is designed to help Indian students, any person from any country can access it and gain the knowledge we offer.

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?

Contact Forms and Comments

Our website does not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors. However, Personal information collected on a Contact Us page on a voluntary basis may include the name and email address. This information is collected if you request information from us or if you send your feedback. The information collected is internally used to improve the content of our website, notify our visitors of updates, and respond to visitor inquiries.

Once information is reviewed, it is discarded. If we make changes in the collection of personally identifiable information we will inform you by placing a notice on our site. Personal information received from any visitor will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to any third parties except where it is specified in our privacy policy.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

Literally with No one. However, as we have already specified, Gravatar and Analytics may capture the data. We don't share your data with any vendor or third-party site.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Google Analytics is the service that we receive data from to provide better service to targetted users.

There is no such automation service with us.

At times, we may have to share your data with any legal regulators such as any law enforcement agencies and other cyber watchdogs as it may deem necessary to comply with the legal framework.
